Rim Affathe holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Central European University, with a keen interest in the intersection of security, peacebuilding, and diplomacy. She is driven by a constant thirst for growth and learning, thriving in dynamic environments that challenge her to evolve.
Her academic journey has taken her to Italy, Austria, and the US, enriching her understanding of international relations. She brings a diverse international academic and professional background in project management support, communications,
research, and advocacy, honed through different internships at various organizations in Rabat, Vienna and New York. Rim is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, with additional language skills in Italian and German. She possesses strong research, communication, and collaboration skills and is eagerly contributing to the Nordic Center's mission of promoting positive lasting peace.
