In the Sahel, the Nordic Center for Conflict Transformation brings a specific contribution of conflict and peace analysis, program design and concrete policy orientations for building community resilience, sustainable peace and solid collaboration among key stakeholders and partners in Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso.
ACTIVITIES IN SAHEL
The Nordic Center teamed up with Sahel MeMo Consulting that has long and pertinent on- the-ground expertise in the region with a special focus on areas of limited-access of conflict in Mali, Niger, Chad, and Burkina Faso. Together, we provide analyses based on open-source and on-the-ground research conducted by researchers based in the region. We also conduct high-impact trainings programs and project implementations in the regions.
