As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Director.

Position: Assistant to the Direction
Under the direct supervision of: The Executive Director
Length: 2 years renewable (pending performance and funding) with 3 months’ probation period
Based in: NCCT Office in Tangier – Morocco (with availability to travels on missions if requested).

Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
 Provide administrative support to the Director.
 Manage the Director’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
 Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
2. Communication
 Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
 Draft and edit communications, emails, and announcements on behalf of the
Director.
 Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
3. Office Management
 Oversee the daily operations of the Director’s office.
 Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential information.
 Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the Director.
4. Project Coordination

 Collaborate with programs to ensure the Director’s initiatives are carried outeffectively.
 Monitor project timelines and provide status updates to the Director.
 Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
 Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
 Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
 Proficient in English and Arabic, with good command of French.Preferred Qualifications
 Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
 Familiarity with peacebuilding and conflict transformation/resolution field
 Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
 A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
