Kaoutar Ahrouch serves as the Project Assistant at The Nordic Center for Conflict Transformation (NCCT) in Morocco. As a dedicated civil society activist, she specializes in fostering citizenship participation among youth. Holding a degree in law and a diploma with a focus on commerce, Kaoutar brings a well-rounded educational background to her role. In addition to her responsibilities at NCCT, Kaoutar holds the position of Vice-President of the Youth Commission at the City of Tetouan. She actively engages in various projects undertaken by non-governmental organizations, particularly in the realms of education and youth prevention from violent extremism. Kaoutar has demonstrated her commitment to community engagement by participating in the organization of numerous volunteer initiatives specifically geared towards the empowerment and development of youth at the local level.
